Help with exploring, rescuing, and restoring your sanctuary.

Location is unavailable

Check Location Services and Redemptio’s permission. The game can use a demonstration location when permission or GPS is unavailable. Map and weather downloads need internet access; temporary provider outages can affect them.

Steps are not producing Seeds

Confirm that Redemptio has permission to read Steps in Apple Health. Rewards are calculated in completed blocks of 1,000 eligible steps from the connection day; manually entered steps are excluded. Health synchronization may take time.

An animal was not rescued

Rescue outcomes depend on the encounter and your throw. Discover dietary clues, choose an appropriate basket, and aim before releasing. A failed attempt can still teach you about the species.

Progress or resources

Your game is saved locally. Sanctuary production has an offline cap; it does not accumulate forever. Deleting the app can remove your progress. Before reinstalling to troubleshoot, contact support and review the data deletion instructions.
